hi. i am looking for a healthy substitute for butter when making cookies or breads.  i have a one year old son and i dont want him to have all the fat.

The possible side affects of chemical products far exceed the damage of natural ones.

What was once bad is all becoming good again, coffee, alcohol, (in moderation), salt...etc.
