Would be nice if there were sections for Oriental, Mexican, Italian, etc.  BTW those three are my favorite ethnic cooking styles.

If you look about 5 or 6 categories up, there is an ethnic section.

On the homepage, go to the appropriate section at the bottom of the page, Italian, Asian, ect... You will find the recipes there.
