Dry rubs are a great way to add spice to meat. Being from the barbecue capitol of the world, These are prodominant in my area. Ribs in Memphis aren't ribs unless they are dry. There are so many mixtures you can make up out of herbs and spices. What are you favorite spices and rubs?
