So you want to try some soul food? How about chittlins and maw (small intestine and stomach of a hog) These may not sound so good, but back in the times of slavery these were things that people made with the food they could get at the time. These have benn passed down from generation to generation and are still eaten today. Share stories of food you cook with you family. Remember, soul food is just something that comes from inside and you must love to do it. Share tips about anything from cleaning your dinner to your grandmother's cast iron pans.
