Welcome to CookingSpot.com. It is a great thing that you have an interest in food as do all of us here. Everyone who posts on these forums has something in common, so make a friend, share tips and stories and lwt us know if we can help you in any way. Seafood is a very popular genre of food. People are now eating more fish than meat. Fish is very beneficial to your health. Seafood is high in protien and low in fat while providing omega 3 fatty acids that lower cholesterol and blood pressure and are low in cholesterol (fish) and saturated fat.
