I love to eat carbs, are there any healthy carb recipes out there for spagetti?

Sorry to say this but there are none. Believe me if there were I would have found them by now.  Spaghetti alone is a CARB. I really do not think there is a healthy carb.  Try going to www.fooddatabase.com and see what you can find out.   Good Luck

Yeah I don't think there is anything like a real "good" carb.  That's not to say that you shouldn't eat ANY carbs though

there is a slicing tool (I forgot what it's called - I will look for it on this site) that allows you to slice a zuchinni squash into 'ribbons'. these 'ribbons/slices become a substitute for high carb spaghetti noodles.
