Turnip or Collard Greens

I used a recipe from Paula Deen that called a ton of bacon grease AND butter (of course, from her), the greens were tasty, but I could "feel" that bacon grease in my veins for days....lets see some healthier recipes.

  There are other ways you can cook your greens. You can use ham hocks or neck bones. I know you think that since ham hocks are so fatty, that they are not that healthy. But it is a whole lot better than alot of bacon grease. And on top of that they taste 5 times better. So try that and let me know what you think. I am from the south and I watched my mother and grandmother all the time and I really learned alot from them.
