Ingredients
1/2 C. blackberry preserves1 1/2 C. ketchup1/8 C. packed brown sugar1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper1/4 tsp. mustard powder2 Tbs. red wine vinegar
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together blackberry jam, ketchup, brown sugar, cayenne, mustard powder, and red wine vinegar. Brush on ribs or chicken for one tasty barbecue!
Makes 2 cups.
