This is a nice shrimp dish because the sauce isn't very heavy at all. A lot of lime juice, olive oil and garlic simply flavor these shrimp. Ingredients1/4 C. olive oil1/4 C. lemon juice3 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley1 Tbs. minced garlicGround black pepper to taste1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper1 1/2 lb. raw, cleaned, shelled shrimpDirectionsIn a plastic or glass bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, black pepper and crushed red pepper. Stir in the shrimp and marinate for 20-30 minutes. Preheat grill. Remove shrimp from the marinade, and thread onto skewers. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until done.
It also doesn't take too long too cook. It's great as a meal or an appetizer.
This looks excellent to grill along with a nice steak! Thanks!
