I know you think that since ham hocks are so fatty, that they are not that healthy. But it is a whole lot better than alot of bacon grease. And on top of that they taste 5 times better. So try that and let me know what you think. I am from the south and I watched my mother and grandmother all the time and I really learned alot from them.    Report
