I have a medium size Speghetti squash. I haven't prepared in years. I know it is stringy after cooking, but I forgot how to actually prepare. Any suggestions.

Debbie

Hey Debbie,

This is definately a great time of year to cook spaghetti squash. Cut the squash in half and scrape out the seeds. Place the squash flesh side down on a lightly oiled sheetpan and roast for about 45 minutes in a 350 degree F. oven. Scrape out the squash with a fork.

I hope this helps.
