Today's recipe called brats in beer. What are brats?? I've never heard that term. Thanks.

Brats are bratwurst which are sausage made with pork and beef and traditionally served with beer

Jimmy, have you heard of cooking the brats in beer? Somewhere I've seen this....can't remember where, though.
