Cheesy Potatoes

My son wants to have the cheesy potato casserole served at his graduation party.  The recipe I use is the one with the hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, etc.  What proportions would I use and is there a better recipe to make an electric roaster full of cheesy potatoes.

Thanks

What type of electric roaster are you talking about? Is it like a crock pot? To customize the size of the recipe, go to the bottom of the page the recipe is on and enter the number of people you want to feed and it will convert the recipe for you.
