hi, i hope someone can help me i am having trouble with some ingredients. i am from australia and we dont have many of the products that you have in the u.s. most of my recipes come from american sites and i am sometimes able to find alternatives, many things are simply called by a different name over here but there are two ingredients that i cant seem to find : old bay seasoning and hot sauce. i would greatly apperciate if someone could explain these products to me i might be able to find something similar as we dont have these products in aust. i have several recipes that i would like to try that use these products.

Old bay seasoning is a cajun seafood boil seasoning, simmiler to any spicy cajun seasoning but it is the most popular. This and hot sauce cab be ordered through the internet, just do a search and you will be able to purchase them onlin, tabasco is a popular brand of hot sauce to look for. good luck.
