I was recently given a Cuisinart Turbo Convection Steamer and have never used one before. I am wondering if any one has a recipe for steaming fish, veggies, etc. they would like to share with me. It seems to me this steamer will be a great tool for healthy dieting.

Thanks in advance..... :-)

I know I've mentioned this site in other posts before, but I just found a great Chinese website out there.

they've got a bunch of chinese resipes that use steaming, deep frying, etc.  you can check it out at

Have you thought about sending a e-mail to the company

that makes the machine to get a cookbook or instruction

book that goes to the machine? I would try that or go to a

store like wal mart or the store you got at and see if they

do have booklets with them. I did that with a deep fryer that

I had, and it does`nt cost that much.
