03-11-2006, 1:17 PM Lexicon78 Joined on 01-22-2006 Posts 1 Lasagna I'm looking for a simple lasagna recipe that uses cottage cheese, not ricotta cheese. My mom used to make the best lasagna in the world and used cottage cheese instead of the ricotta cheese. I've never made lasagna before as I am just learning to cook and am out on my own. Unfortunately, I can't get the recipe from my mom since she died from cancer in 2004. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.    Report
