Amateur Pizza maker needs some help. How long should Pizza dough sit? Or I guess I should have asked. Is can it sit for 5 or 6 hours? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Fluidoz,

I wouldn't let it sit at room temerature for very long. If you want to make it in advance, make the dough all the way to the point where it is set out to rise. Put it in a bowl and put it in the freezer to retard the rising. When you are ready to use it, remove it and oil it, cover bowl with plastic wrap and allow to rise in a draft free, warm place. Proceed with remaining steps. Hope this helps you.  Jimmy
