Jimmy, This was your recipe. Called for baking at 425 degrees for 10 minutes then at 325 for 30 minutes. I ended up baking this recipe for 1 hour & 15 minutes before it was done. I do use a timer & oven thermometer. So time & temp were recorded. This pie took an 1 hour & 25 minutes baking time. Can you tell me why. I followed your recipe to the letter. LR
