There's this one italian restaurant near where I live called Santa Barbara's that has the best chicken marasala in the entire universe. I've been to several other italian places and ordered it, but it's just not the same and in fact quite different.

SB's is a thin chickn br3ast served with pasta and everything covered in this deliiiicious sauce. and mushrooms. oh my god it's so good. It's like... a thick, creamy... orange-ish colored sauce that's just positively delicious and no other chicken marsala i've ever had has had that kind of sauce... x.x; I want to know how to make it cuz it costs $14.00 to order it there... LOL.. but i can't find a recipe that involves any kind of cream sauce for chicken marsala...

wah

EDIT: wtf the word br3ast is edited

Fluffy, Unfortunately i can't know how the restaurant made their chicken marsala. Everybody does it differently. I can say that the wine, butter and flour are going to make a nice buttery cream sauce. It doesn't actually have to contain cream. If anybody out there has a chicken marsala different to this one, feel free to post it. Jimmy

  • Chicken Marsala
  • 4 whole , Chicken Breasts boneless
  • 3/4 teaspoon(s) , salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) , pepper
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , flour
  • 3 tablespoon(s) , butter
  • 1/2 cup(s) , dry marsala wine
  • 1/2 cup(s) , water

Instructions:
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; roll in flour. Over medium- high heat, melt butter. Cook chicken until golden on both sides. Remove chicken. Reduce heat to low. Stir wine and water into drippings, scraping to loosen any brown bits. Return chicken to skillet. Cover, simmer about 30 minutes.
